Early on, yes people did go into CP and Besta, but did somewhat randomly and without an investigative approach. I understand some of the perverse artwork in CP has been removed.

There is a youtube video where a guy was Periscoping and the cops were there instantly to kick him out.

Yes. Jack Posobiec, an independent journalist, did a periscope from CPP, and got kicked out.
