A few, but the majority aren’t capable of said studies and thus fell into the easier make-graduate programs of women’s studies, ethnic studies.
The horror is that these people graduate to either become permanent activists through non-profits/NGOs or move into HR at companies because they understand the paperwork to fill out for government diversity mandates.
The best way to neuter the movement is eliminate the diversity mandates that are required to get federal funds whether as a college or federal contractor. That’s much of what is funding these programs and the jobs outside of non-profits these people expect to get. And eliminating these chekists in companies will reduce the sheer degree of insanity you get from diversity mandates, much less companies going above and beyond the minimum number of diversity training sessions in an effort to out-social-engineer the workforce in the pursuit of government contracts because it is cheaper to pay for more of these SJWs on the payroll and hold more seminars than build a better missile or deliver a cheaper jet.
And how about spreading these academic rewards to people seeking traditional jobs in manufacturing etc.
