Don’t ever let me hear this version. Santa Baby and Its Cold Outside are good because they are bad. Al Hirt and Ann Margaret do the best version. Both are great jazz songs. And both songs show the dark corners of the holidays, and that’s the point.

One time I talked my way into getting stuck in a blizzard at a girl’s house LOL. When I told my 82 year old mother what this song really meant she was shocked :)
