I doubt they have 15 Trump electors who will not vote for Trump. The electors were selected SPECIFICALLY for their commitment to Trump.
Where are you getting this> The electors were selected for their commitment to the Republican Party. That may or may not be a commitment to Trump, as we've so often seen over the course of this election.
