This is a pretty interesting development.
Arguments pro and con. On one hand, if my business had a logo that was associated with something horrible and I just learned about it, I’d change it, too. On the other hand, what is the probability that two businesses with personal connections to each other would both have such a logo and both change it at the same time?
The fact that they changed it means that the controversy is now in the public eye.
Elpido is a large organization. Changing their logo because of a handful of “fringe conspiracy believers” seems kinda odd, doesn’t it?
