Right now he’s looking at having his people, and ultimately himself, running the show on he left the way the Clintons have arguably done. The Clintons are in the way ... and the Obamas have apparently never much liked the Clintons anyway.

And even then there is no credible evidence that Trump has ever stated he would not prosecute Hill, or direct his AG to stand down. The only thing we have is a NY Times reporter who said that while in an off-the-record meeting he didn't in essence seem interested in doing so.

Obama could pardon Hillary....but he can’t pardon the Clinton Foundation.
I think that’s the big key to taking her down. If you dig into this and find legal issues....it’ll dissolve rather quickly as you asses taxes and jail-time for some of the managers of the foundation.

Well, if you’re damned if you do and damned if you don’t, you might as well go for the most satisfying outcome, damnable opposition opinions be damned.
I don’t disagree with you, entirely, but TRUMP himself did say that he had no interest in going after HRC, and he did say he did not want to hurt her or her family and he did say that going after HRC was not at the top of his list.
Kellyanne Conway also did say on Morning Joe that the President Elect has said he has no interest in going after Hillary Clinton.
Conway was then asked by Joe about what if the Committees in the House of Representatives should choose to resume their investigation, and Kellyanne did say that Congress “should take it’s cue from the President Elect and not dwell on what was said in a campaign”.
These are direct quotes that I saw on LIVE TV.
Maybe Trump and Conway are playing head games in order to buy time to get Obama out of office and then go after Hillary in the manner she deserves and FULL THROTTLE.
(Personally, I choose to believe the latter to be the case.)
But, I digress. Since this recount thing has come up and crafty Clinton has decided to enjoin it, Conway has come out and said that “pursuing a criminal case against HRC is not off the table”.
We are getting mixed messages. That last one puts Obama in the hot seat, instead of Trump. Does TRUMP want to be heard by way of Kellyanne that criminal actions could be resumed against HRC???
If Obama is forced to PARDON Hillary, by way of Kellyanne’s hint at criminal investigations, TRUMP can skate and wash his hands of the whole deal, and we can all blame Obama.
Just sayin’.
