Game lived up to the hype. Some thoughts:

Michigan gave up 14 points on turnovers.

Michigan's defense ran out of gas in the 4th quarter.

THE Ohio State University might actually prefer Penn State to beat Michigan State. Penn State will play in the Big 10 = 14 Conference game instead of THE Ohio State University. In this case, THE Ohio State University has punched their ticket the playoff.

Hated THE Ohio State University wearing the all black helmets.

Don’t count on it. *ichigan has 43 seniors and will also likely loose some juniors to the NFL. On the other hand, OSU started the season dead last in the FBS in terms of returning experience and finished the regular season 11-1 with a team dominated by freshmen and sophomores. If Barret returns for his last season, they will roll again.

Give some of these first year Buckeye's a full year in the weight room under Coach Merotti, coupled with the incoming class of 17, and they will be the next dynasty in College Football - Bama will probably lose to OSU again given the loss of Jackson.

Yep! I thought JT hit the line as well. And Harbaugh cries like a little baby. Urban is in his head. Kinda sucks to beat the #3 team and not make the conference championship. But I think they’ve more than punched their ticket to the big dance. 5 wins against top 10 teams this year should solidify the spot.

Am I the only one who thinks that college games should simply end in a tie if the score is the same at the end of regulation?

I do. I don't think a team should be rewarded the same for an OT win as a regulation win.

I agree. He fell back but he had the ball beyond the projected first down line and yard marker just beyond it. When you watch the re-play in slow motion, when Barrett runs into the tight end who is blocking the defensive player, you'll see the stripe of ball appear momentarily so you can tell exactly where the ball is. The tip of the ball is above the yard line. The officials got it right.
