We had an addition we added at the back door for storage of tools, etc. Also had skirting. Sold it after we moved into the house. They eventually moved and took it with them.
At only 10 ft. wide, it’s not that bad to move. It was the last 10 wide on the lot- the new models were all 12 ft. wide, cost more, and because of the layout, had smaller bedrooms.
Mine was an 8’ wide, and the addition goes the 50’ length of the trailer which widens the Living room and the master bedroom to 16’ and adds a small bedroom. The leaves were on the addition’s flat rubber roof which was collecting water because of the leaves. I brushed off as much water as I could and hope that the sun would dry out the rest.
No leaks inside though, thank God!
