I wish I still had those pistols - they had all the lacy ‘etching’ or engraving on them.

But I was generally pretty ‘girly’ - still have all of my many hundreds of paper dolls. I just wish I still had the T. Cohn dollhouse:

I grew up with all boys in the neighborhood ...so you can imagine, I had to know all the best wrestling holds, how to play dodge ball like a champ and be a bulls-eye shooter.

My mother and aunties bought me dollies....but never played with them ...I was surprised the thousands they brought at a vintage doll auction [still in original boxes]. WOOOT!

Speaking of paper dolls, I was so anxious until my mother's McCall magazine arrived.....loved to cut out the Besty McCall paper dolls page each month; that was for rainy days only.
