I want to be there to witness history. I was there when he accepted the nomination in Cleveland and can't wait to be there to hear him take the oath of office. Anyone else going?
I keep checking my mail, but I’ve not received an invitation. I don’t understand it. I should have a prime seat, maybe next to the Chief Justice.
You are welcome to your opinion. The view is nice and they do have a great Berlin Wall display, but the “hey, look how great we journalists are” attitude was gut wrenching. To me.

I am asking — there are those that saw me fight. I want to go. I need tickets. My damned congress person is a POC. I will just go and stand there if I have to. I am booked to Baltimore and back, I am in a hotel— I have a rent car but want to do metro. I just want 2 tickets to the freeper deal. We want to be a part. My wife and I . She is afraid. I AM NOT!!
My grandson who is 13 won a debate at his school and he is scheduled to be at the event.

Went to Bush’s inauguration, got off the metro and the first thing I saw was a gang of punk motorcycle guys dressed guys in leather jackets, spiked collars and jackets. I thought “OMG. I’m gonna die!!”.
They turned around and on the back of their jackets “GO BUSH” LOL!

I am a DC Police Officer so I will definately be there but unfortunately dealing with the haters. I was a District of Columbia delegate for Trump but we lost to Ruboto in DC. I was hoping I would get an invite to at least a minor ball.

What I want to hear Trump say as the inauguration is:
“Barack, you’re fired”
along with:
“Hillary, you’re fired!”.
I wish I could go but I’m too financially whipped. In 2009 I was able to go to DC, stay at the Omni Shoreham, and go to all the CPAC events. But the Obama economy took me down a few notches.
When in DC, in addition to the typical tourist spots be sure to visit the Titanic Memorial in Southwest, The Exorcist Steps in Georgetown, P Street in Georgetown, and the C&O Canal towpath out to the site of Mary Meyer’s murder.
