Make the military fix Flint’s water?
While we’re at it could we have them police the streets, run the factories, teach in the schools, collect garbage, nurse the sick, feed the poor, pick the lettuce...
That is not what a suggested. I suggested have the Army Corps of Engineers produce a plan and guidance so it would be on time/budget and provide a template for how to repair aging water systems. Aren't they already doing that for Iraq and Afghanistan?
