I am still trying to find a way to eat Kale - just doesn’t taste good to me. It just tastes bitter. Tried Kale chips, but didn’t like those either.
olive oil, kosher or sea salt, freshly ground pepper roasted off. then sprinkle with lemon juice and parm.
Try the baby variety. It’s usually not as bitter.
