Having grown up being constantly threatened with “If you don’t straighten up you’re going to lose your happy home”, implying she would send me back to the adoption agency I came from, I can assure you it is real. Women like that exist.

It is. You might want to look at some of Tommy Sotomayor’s videos on Youtube. He’s a black man who documents what terrible mothers some black women are.
