Yeah, that, uh, "Work" is an (in)famous product of the Italian "Conceptual Artist" Piero Manzoni. Let's just say that the dude was, uh, "out there". He also filled balloons with his own breath, and titled them "Artist's Breath".

There are a few modern art things I like but most of it’s crap. :) “Conceptual Artist” I think the short form is con artist.
