The odds of someone wanting to buy the $10K beanie collection at Georgetown is likely close to nill. EBay would be the way to sell the beanies.
And ‘the parents are coming in town this weekend’ is code speak for something as well. Who writes that in an ad to sell something?
Maybe it’s code speak for an orgy party with minor kids- age range 4-8 10.
We might not be able to figure it out, but I can guarantee someone in the SVU or Drugs division of the FBI figured it out instantly.
It is just an e-mail by a Georgetown Law employee to Georgetown Law general mailing list probably going out to thousands. Only reason it is under scrutiny is that for some reason Podesta was subscribed to this list (probably because he is an alumni and a visiting lector). No reason to think Podesta has ever even met the beanie baby guy.
If you develop a suspicious mindset you can find suspicious things anywhere.
