He said, "we know that his laptop was hacked by the Romanians". Which means that the thousands of classified info/emails that Huma had on there, was most likely stolen (depending upon the timing on the hack attack and Huma's downloading of the emails.)
Concur. I don’t pay much attention to the Judge. Too many times he has said things regarding legal stuff that was just wrong.
I posted a comment years ago on FR that that might be why he is on talkshow TV rather than presiding over a courtroom.

She may be in big trouble. I believe that she has promised a lot to a bunch of people. Now it’s all out in the open. If she’s not elected, with the cat out of the bag, there are going to be some very unsavory people who will be angry with her!
I read a day or so ago that the truth is it is impossible to know for sure who did the hacking.
So I don’t know - is it even possible for Napy to know this? Or is this helping to muddy the waters for the investigation?
