Everybody needs to rant now and again.
I can’t imagine that any privilege that might be afforded to a married couples communications would extend to cover the illegality of a third party discussed. (That said, I’m not a lawyer.)

I don’t think spousal privilege comes into play here. If the communication is on a device that the NYPD or FBI has already obtained, then the point is moot. Abedin and Weiner can’t be forced to testify against each other, but their communications through other means cannot be considered confidential on that basis.
I think she forwarded “work” emails to herself and accessed them on a laptop Weiner had access to. That’s a violation right there, but if you assume he had her Yahoo mail password, he also could read those emails. That’s count 2.
But there are two main issues here, one being the content of the emails and criminal acts or not associated with them. That’s going to take a while to sort out.
The bigger point right now is that the very existence of them and the FBI announcement is a serious blow to Hillary’s candidacy and keeping her out of the WH is Job #1.
I am beginning to wonder about this Huma and Anthony connection. Muslim and Jew, we know what Huma is but has Weiner participated or being used to find out more about the Muslim Bhood. Sort of a Mr. and Mrs. Smith scenario.
