A taste of Venezuela or Zimbabwe in an American courtroom.
The fight for freedom for farmers and ranchers in the West is a meaningful cause that should not be dismissed as militant, extreme or associated with the race of those oppressed.
Jim Crow was bad and the federal policies in the West are bad, too.
Bizarre!
The Oregon Standoff trial has completely backfired on the Obama administration, and wow!

He was cited for failure to comply with a federal lawful order and disturbance and released with a Jan. 6 date to return to federal court....
But observers who were close to the arrest decried the use of force against a lawyer in court.
“What happened at the end is symbolic of the improper use of force by the federal government,” Mumford’s co-counsel J. Morgan Philpot said......
The lesson here is this, it is 2016 and facial recognition technology is very real. If you ever participate in a Ranch Standoff, cut the John Wayne tough guy act and cover your face!
This (the US Marshalls) is like taking a sucker punch at the guy who scored the winning goal making your team loase.
Oregon+Feds = rights trampled.
Simple as that. F Oregon State. F the Feds. ESAD.
The time for pitchforks and torches is quickly approaching.
This is a damn shame. When I drove for Trailways I was twice boarded by Federal Marshals looking for fugatives. In both cases they were very professional and courteous and apologetic about disrupting my scedule.
I love the descriptive “suddenly six or seven marshalls slowly moved.” Suddenly they moved slowly. The turtle suddenly moved slowly after the rabbit. The snail suddenly moved slowly across the sidewalk.
“Suddenly a group of about six to seven U.S. Marshals, who had been either standing or seated around the perimeter of the courtroom, slowly moved in and surrounded Mumford at his defense table. The judge directed them to move back but moments later, the marshals grabbed onto him.”
The Marshals refused to obey the judges order. Why aren’t they charged with contempt of Court?
So, if the “resisting” is proven to be against an unlawful order, is he exonerated of the charge?
This is why when people tell me law enforcement is on our side, I don’t believe them.
Big Brother was pissed they didn’t get the jury results they wanted so they opened a can of whupass on the attorney that made them look bad.
Suddenly a group of about six to seven U.S. Marshals government gunthugs, who had been either standing or seated around the perimeter of the courtroom, slowly moved in and surrounded Mumford at his defense table. The judge directed them to move back but moments later, the marshals gunthugs grabbed onto him.
This is where we are at NOW.
If Arch-Felon Hillary slimes her way into the White House, the entire law enforcement branch of the US government turns into mere gunthugs.
Is it 1776 yet? Shall we start picking off the violators from ambush? No, better if they have “accidents”...
