IMO: This is a CTR attempt to undermine WL among conservatives.
There are others tweeting on the account because Assange is cut off. His surrogates have a less polished style.

I think you’re right.
I’m sure that while Ecuador is not loving the position they put themselves in, they aren’t going to let anything happen to Assange.
There was a tweet from wiki this morning saying they will have more to say about him tomorrow and they’re in touch with him, though it’s limited.
