Given how long they stuck with Emery, I doubt if that’s even being considered.
Usually GMs get to hire two coaches, right? Plus CHI moves slow, so yeah, looks like Pace’ll be sticking around. :(
Fox will “be retired” as a head coach in the NFL.
A McDaniels/Garoppolo tandem would improve things there. OTOH, there’s a theory that McDaniels will be the head coach whenever Belichick retires, so who knows if he’ll really be available. Garoppolo, OTOOH, should be available in a trade.
