I listened to some of it - a bit amusing because of her dry, academic tone versus the usual high-energy spunk of Trump. Nothing that he says offends me - he has a young man’s love of girls that is quite appealing in these pajama boy times. Sorry, that’s just what I think. (And I suspect he took her to Conran’s when he probably should have taken her to Harry Winston.)
I guess I must be a pig like Trump. I go to cigar bars with my husband and while they smoke away I flip through magazines - Playboy and Penthouse, etc. AND YES, I ONLY READ THE INTERVIEWS! Actually, I occasionally look at the pix and wonder if women were more beautiful in the 1960s than today. And I can just imagine what happens when I don’t go and easily can imagine my husband yelling in fake outrage at the smutty talk: “Oh, you slob! You’re a pig!” while laughing hysterically.
I’m sick of the crass, phony outrage being expressed by this fake scandal.

Conran’s was a popular mid-line furniture store on the east side that went under during the 90s, I believe. Owned by Terence Conran. Harry Winston’s is the top jeweler in NYC. He should have given her at least one diamond to get to first base! But I do think The Donald’s one failure as a human being is that he is somewhat frugal.
Oh, and something that was dragged up in my memory bank since he mentioned somebody’s boob job. It was reported back in the early 80s that The Donald was unhappy with Ivana when she showed up with one of those deals.
Not only does this gal capture what every sane woman felt about the encounter, that is, that Billy Bush was driving it, but she gives an accurate transcript of the conversation. I’m not sure about the dress thing - it’s the same dress worn in the soap episode, and I don’t know the story-line of that soap character - was the character she played always trashy or was the outfit amped up for Trump’s appearance. However, and don't take me wrong, I love to reminisce about New York, and getting to hear gossip about the rich and famous, but really when I started to follow Freerepublic in 1999 or so, I never thought that a presidential election would be decided by, or even that it would have as a minor issue, characters straight out of Breakfast at Tiffany's and discussions about breast implants.
Well, Breakfast at Tiffany's was maybe a little harsh, and the Clinton's are straight out of “The Manchurian Candidate”, but I hope you see what I mean. One of our few great statesmen, the 17th century Swedish governor Axel Oxenstierna, is supposed to have told his son, as he was on his way to represent Sweden at the peace conference of Westphalia:
“Do you not know, my son, with how little wisdom the world is governed?”

This was fascinating. At 20 minutes long, it takes her until at least 5 minutes in to really get to the good part, 7 minutes in to get to the video. So I shared to Facebook hoping people would at least start at 7 minutes in and watch for 10 minutes. But at only 5000+ views nobody is seeing this. I wish someone would take the salient part and repackage it as a 1-2 minute bit that can be seen by many more people.
The most enlightening thing, is the conversation that was brushed off as crosstalk. That conversation between Bush and Trump (and the others on the bus) is crucial to understanding what was really going on, and what was meant by what was said later. You can bet the MSM KNEW that conversation was exculpatory and so dismiss as crosstalk and do not include in transcript.
