It's the timing: it was three days before Scalia died.

I don't think it's a smoking gun. Someone needs to look very carefully at what happened on the night of 2016-02-09.

Who is Steve Elmendorf? And, what does "I'm all in" mean?

Someone should ask Podesta what this is about.

This is the ONLY email from Elmendorf in the entire Wikileaks archive, so far. So, there's no additional context.

I found only one email to Elmendorf: https://wikileaks.org/podesta-emails/emailid/3188

This was one week earlier.

The original email from Podesta the afternoon of 2/9 should eventually show up in the rest of the emails being released, if they captured his "Sent" folder.
