I searched Wikileaks https://search.wikileaks.org and could not find the email that is the subject of this thread. Is this another fraud, designed to make us look bad?

Here is the actual email from wikileaks WHICH DOES NOT MENTION SCALIA. It implies that some type of “wetworks” operation occurred on
Feb. 9.
Scalia died Feb. 13. People speculate about a connection.
Now trolls are grabbing that ball and running with it, writing unfounded, zero-sourced stories claiming there IS a connection.
The Clinton-Obama camp could be doing trolling us.
