I don't know if she is cheating or not...but catching her cheating and trying to make the case is useless. It will always be dismissed as conspiracy theory out of the box by most.

What needs to happen is that if she is caught with an ear piece listening into something, loud annoying surprising noises should suddenly be jammed in it during a bad moment for her.
