Yes, he was awfully quick at picking up any Hillary notes.
I’ve now watched this several times and this is screaming out for an explanation. When the fellow picks up the notes, he first moves to the right but he is intently watching Holt all the time. As he figures out that Holt is done shaking hands with Trump and Holt is moving toward the podium area of the stage, he makes his move to rendezvous with Holt there and you can see that he is looking straight into his face.... since the camera angle is from behind Holt, we can’t see Holt’s face but based on the angle, it can be assumed these two guys have essentially locked eyes and that they know what each other is doing. After this point, we know longer see Holt (at least I don’t think so) but the guy with the notes moves to stage left.... you can see him there still holding the notes. He hangs about there for a while where it starts to become evident (I think for the first time) that he is somehow connected to Clinton. As they leave the front center of the stage and begin to exist stage right a few minutes later, he basically is exiting as part of the team and is only a few paces behind her.
So... what is going on with...
1. The need to pick up Clinton’s notes immediately.
2. Paying no attention to Trump or his notes.
3. Watching Holt intently to make sure the timing is right.
4. Rendezvousing with Holt as if it was all pre-arranged.
5. Hanging out with the Clinton group as if he is part of their team.
6. Leaving the complete stage area with the Clintons at which point it’s clear that he is part of the Clinton team.
I sure hope that somebody like Hannity goes after this to get an explanation.
