Black-robed tyranny....the defendants have been accused of 'sedition' in this forum. Perhaps the real seditionists in this country sit in courtrooms and have the title 'judge' and perhaps the real seditionists in this country wear clothing saying "FBI or DHS or ATF" etc. etc.
Also, we saw the prosecution dramatizing the use of firearms for target practice at the refuge.
And we found out that a government witness being used to help with the demonization of firearms use and his son were paid money by the FBI.
Much the same happened in the Federal trial of those involved in the Waco incident. The Judge kept out much relevant to insure the defendants would be convicted of excessive charges.
Horrible what our government has become. People want to ignore it...that is how evil grows.
To the citizens of America, ignore this case at your own peril.

Yep - the judge has the “script” and refuses to allow potentially relevant facts to get in the way.
I have never fired lots and lots of gunshots in a day - ammo is expensive and I don't approve of waste. I only fire a few times each day, typically 100-200 shots, depending on what I am working on.

Banta’s testimony portrays the holdouts in the worst possible ways. “Disorganized”, “a joke”, “cowards” and the judge is clearly biased.

What are they charged with that is officially being tried at this particular trial?
When I was serving jury duty, the prosecutor let numerous “details” slip about the case we WEREN’T supposed to know about regarding a man who’d jumped bail (that was OUR case).
She divulged that he was charged with beating his girlfriend and other details. She was reckless in her prosecution of the case but the facts of his bail jumping were pretty open and shut.
Slightly OT. I’ve seen some in the media try to tie Bundy, et. al. into the sovereign Citizen movement. Is there any truth to it or is it just a red herring?

So they were firing weapons on the reserve. So what? At worst its worth a $1000 fine. Its rule breaking not murder.
This is going to end up like Weaver and Waco.
The defendants will probably be found not guilty of the major charges...but then sentenced to LONG terms on lesser charges.
Then, in the following civil trials, the government will pay millions for its own bad judgment and out of control decisions that led to this travesty all around.
One day...they are going to push too far.
