Mark McConnell, man driving Jeep before Ammon Bundy's arrest, was informant.....(OR STANDOFF TRIAL)
Oregon Live ^ | 9/21/2016 | Maxine Bernstein

Mark McConnell, the driver of the Jeep that Ammon Bundy was riding in before this arrest on Jan. 26, was a government informant who had tipped off law enforcement about the occupation leaders' trip out of the wildlife refuge, according to court testimony Wednesday.....

Oregon State Trooper Jeremiah Beckert said that McConnell provided information about the occupiers vehicles, their location and a basic threat assessment, leading to the high-risk traffic stop on U.S. 395 about 4 p.m. that same day.....

The government limited Beckert's testimony to the arrests, with little discussion of Finicum's fatal shooting.....

Before the trooper took the witness stand, U.S. District Judge Anna J. Brown repeatedly warned the defendants and their lawyers that the circumstances surrounding Finicum's death were "off limits". Brown went so far as telling Ryan Bundy that he was forbidden from raising the subject before jurors, and that she would have him removed from the courtroom if he didn't follow her order.

Yet that didn't stop some on the defense side from attempting to raise the matter.

The trooper testified that the occupants of the Jeep--Ammon Bundy, McConnell and Brian Cavalier--complied with orders to step out of the vehicle and walk backward to waiting officers. The only one armed in the Jeep was McConnell, who had a handgun.....

"I saw a white male with a cowboy hat laying on his back," Beckert testified, estimating that the man's body was about 30 yards south of the truck....

During cross-examination, Ammon Bundy's lawyer Marcus Mumford established again that Beckert learned that Finicum has been killed by law enforcement.

Mumford followed up, "In fact, he was shot three times in the back...." The prosecutor objected, and the judge immediately asked the jurors to disregard Mumford's question.........

Its confirmed what many already suspected.

Mark McConnell, who was quick to stop the vehicle with Ammon Bundy in it when the FBI and others swooped down on them, was working for the FBI as an informant. McConnell gave the FBI info they used to plan their ambush that ended up killing LaVoy Finicum.

Martin Luther King had many FBI informants around him back in the 1960's. The Ku Klux Klan did, too.

The trouble then was that the Klan was allowed to commit violent acts while the MLK non-violent protests for freedom were disrupted by the FBI's operations.

Today, the FBI monitors suspected terrorists and they are able to commit violence before arrests are made while patriots who want freedom to use land in the West are disrupted by FBI informants and killed even though they are not committing acts of violence.

Also mentioned in this story if you go to the link and read the whole thing are attempts by the defense to bring up the injury caused during the 'traffic stop' to Ryan Bundy.

Ryan Bundy still has the shrapnel in his body and he asked the state trooper if the shooting at him was 'lethal or non lethal'. The judge interrupted that question and the trooper didn't answer it.

Judge Anna Brown issued orders that LaVoy Finicum's killing not be discussed but it got brought up anyway.

We learned from the trooper's testimony that AMMON BUNDY WAS UNARMED WHEN HE WAS ARRESTED, BUT THE FBI INFORMANT MCCONNELL WAS.............

McConnell recorded a video back in January after the FBI ambush trashing the Bundy's and LaVoy Finicum. He also was yelling at Victoria Sharp who was trying to cope with LaVoy's death in the police van when they were all being taken to Burns.

Now that we learned the cops wouldn't stop the vehicle to allow Victoria to relieve herself and she wet herself in the seat and of top of that this FBI informant was yelling at her....Wow.

Curious, is it not, that any group that is “militia” or “patriot” or “taxpayer” is infiltrated to the point half of the group is ATF, FBI, DEA, IRS, NSA, etc. but the same people seem to be unable to keep track of the jihadis?

In the days of J. Edgar Hoover, the FBI worked hard on the Communists and it was said when they held a meeting in the late 1950’s, half the room was FBI.

Hoover’s anti-communism gained him the lifelong contempt of the Left, who ended up smearing him as a gay man.

In the 1970’s, the conventional wisdom among anti-war groups was that the person pushing for the most illegal and radical action was the government informant.

Trump has already spoke out AGAINST the Oregon occupation, as law and order candidate does anyone expect anything different once he’s elected? Not very likely, especially as these folks refuse the jurisdiction of the US.

OkBomb:

The head of Elohim city was an FBI informant.

the security chief of Elohim city was an FBI informant and a German intelligence agent.

his girlfriend Carol Howe was also an FBI informant, and the bomb still exploded.

the sloppy, corrupt FBI (now headed by a more corrupt HSBC operative) covered up most of it.

the role of Muslim middle easterners is still not clear.

I am voting for Mr. Trump but he’s only one man and the rest of the GOP candidates are 95 percent plus Corporatists.
That includes Mike Pence.

If the legislative and judicial branches don’t go along with a President Trump, where does that leave us.

Activist Gavin Seim who supports the Oregon Standoff defendants doesn’t see relief in politics at all.

I am pretty convinced things won’t change until there is non-violent resistance in the country or civil disobedience on a large scale.

If Hillary is elected, she and Ryan and McConnell of the GOP will march in lockstep to the big banks and big business elites.

Violence is not the way, but non-violent resistance will become inevitable at that point (the election of Hillary Clinton as POTUS).

Not totally. I see Trump is our last chance at the ballot box. Just getting him in office is step one. Step two is TCB. Prosecute the Rat criminals, reduce the tax burden, step two. Make our taxes competitive tariffs won’t be needed.

If Trump fails it’s Claire Wolfe time.

I certainly agree that non-violent resistance will become inevitable and a moral obligation if Hillary takes power on January 20, 2017.

It is not politically correct to infiltrate the jihadis, especially when the govt is purposefully importing them with the goal of changing or destroying the nation.

I could make a good case that for the last eight years so many of us have gone Galt the phase of passive resistance is behind us already. There are requirements for non violent resistance to work. A critical mass of the population for whom morality is important for one, and a media that will carry that message to them. Neither of which is in place in the US at this time. We, the persecuted, are the ONLY demographic in the US presently for whom morality is relevant and of the evil of gummint we are convinced. I think at some level the folks out here in flyover country are aware of these things even if they can not explicitly articulate them. Hence the sales of guns and ammo. These are not things one stocks up on in anticipation of non violent resistance.

And how does that help or change the Bundy's time in jail? It won't. Don't know or care about Claire Wolfe "time"? Anyone in the US refusing to recognize US jurisdiction, who takes up arms against the US, should be lucky they are just in jail and not in Gitmo or buried as in dead. I don't care their grievance but anyone inciting, threatening, or taking up arms against the US deserve one of those outcomes.

Now, how about we get back to Trump and Clinton?

If we get another “law and order” POTUS like RIchard NixOn, the conservatives-patriots will be prosecuted and persecuted.

When Charles Colson, who was Nixon’s ‘hatchet man’ as White House counsel, wrote letters of apology as a “Born Again Christian” he wrote them to people on the Left and Right who had been targeted as Nixon’s “enemies”.

Lets hope Mr. Trump means it like Nigel Farage said it at the Trump rally in Mississippi last month that the fight is between the “Corporatists” and “decent people”.

Trump has talked about a ‘rigged system’ and lets hope he will change it.

It is scary to consider that Nixon’s front man back then to con conservatives into supporting him, Pat Buchanan, is supporting Trump, but I’ll try to see things on the bright side.

There is a fifth columnist “hands off policy” when it comes to stopping radical Islamonazi violence.

Same as when our State Department was infiltrated by Communists and traitors and the effort to expose them was seen as a “threat to liberty in America”.

The conservatives in this country have been conned by so-called “conservative media” for too long.

Just like the infiltrators in the ranks out West, they talk a tough line, then sell us out praising RINO politicians like Marco Rubio. Rubio was endorsed by Ted Cruz last month..how quaint.

The talk show hosts like Levin and Beck outed themselves as RINO Corporatist fronts with their relentless opposition to Trump earlier this year.

How about we get back to a country whose bipartisan leaders constantly raise the national debt ceiling, constantly bail out big business (the Iran Nuke Deal was a bailout for defense contractors like Boeing enabled by the GOP Corker Bill) and who march in lockstep desiring to start a war with Russia.

I’m voting for Trump but not other RINO Corporatist traitors like Pat Toomey here in PA who’s caved to Bloomberg and the gun grabbers on multiple occasions.

The RINO’s who supported the Libyan and Syrian Civil Wars that created ISIS like John McCain in AZ and Kelly Ayotte in NH are totally unworthy of re-election.

Do you just want to get people angry at the corrupt Hillary so they will vote for RINO Corporatist Republicans down the ballot?

The question you need to answer for yourself is, “At what point, or what does the US gummint have to do, for you to say that the ‘consent of the governed’ is gone and a state of Natural Law exists?”

What requirement do you need?
What would “do it” for you?

I infer from your remarks that a gummint agency that captures and preserves every electronic communication is insufficient.

I also infer the presence of a “Foundation” laundering billions to the advantage of a few elites run by a nominee of one of our political parties for the highest office in the land who flouts laws created to prevent such corruption explicitly is also insufficient.

Black and white clear evidence of media subversion and eager participation in propaganda seems insufficient as well.

I could go on and on for hours if not days. For eighteen years I have been a FReeper paying careful attention to these things and before that on the old alt.net boards.

I don’t expect or really desire an answer, this is all rhetorical, as you say but I am serious about your need to do a bit of pondering. As I asked an Active Duty Major eight years ago, the time had come for Active Duty to decide who to protect, the people or the politicians because the days where those interests coincide are behind us.
