Watching live news in Charlotte, fairly large crowd throwing water bottles at cops. One guy said the dead thug was shot for 'reading a book'. But cops say he pulled a gun on them.
I feel likewise. My father retired out of the Marine Corp after 27 years, we had no experience with lack of discipline growing up.
It all depends on so many variables. How many thugs are high, drunk? How much adrenaline is pumping, are any of them carrying...how violent or peaceful are the leaders.. discipline of cops..what’s their plan..just so many unexpected things could happen. Or, they get tired and wander off...
The officers are being pelted with rocks - there are a lot of injuries.
Oddly enough, Hillary was to do a fundraiser this week in NC.

Btw, the cops there sure take a lot of chances. Looks like possibly up to maybe 10 got gang beat. And those cops were totally innocent regarding the mobs complaint about what occurred earlier. In some venues a mob threat like that would have been met with deadly force.

Charlotte is quite a bit like Nashville.
I do not expect these morons to get away with anything.
They have been identified more than once. This city has more opportunity than most.

They appear to have split into smaller groups, but it sounds like CMPD are prepared for them to amass again. I will say, CMPD appear to put up with very little.
Although apparently BLM supporters have already scheduled a “Black Out” on UNCC campus in support of the protesters and against police for tomorrow despite the library now being put on lockdown. Let no crisis go to waste.

Looks like lots of tear gas being fired to break it up. Channel 3 news bitch said it was a peaceful protest about 10 mins ago. Their own reporter was knocked down after being hit in the spine with a water bottle or something heavy, a $50k police SUV was DESTROYED and this is peaceful??
