I suspect that the man’s hand was poised at the bottom of her back, as opposed to on her posterior, but perhaps she is being completely accurate, too. There are only a few inches between suggestively forward and sexually aggressive positioning in this area.
The shoulder rub is much more subjective. The urge/desire to touch a person is a natural way to convey affection, but must be balanced by the choice of area to touch, the stage of the relationship the pair are in, and the situation.
Overall, this woman simply confirms that many women swoon for “bad boys”.
