That’s the first thought that crossed my mind ... the collapsing Hilly pushed into that van didn’t look like she’d be recovering & gallivanting on the sidewalk outside of Chelsea’s apartment so soon. They must have jacked her up with something (drugs) & also re-did her makeup so she looked more youthful & had some color to her face ... or it wasn’t really Hilly. They’re going to need photo ops to keep “proving” Hilly is alive, ‘well’ & functioning ... they’ll do whatever it takes & I don’t think a body double is far-fetched at this point. The real Hilly will have to show up at the debates, if she shows up at all ..... I would imagine her staff is very concerned by now.

The idea that the sudden appearance of the smiling, upright, blonde woman - who seemed happy and vital but quickly dodged out of sight - wasn’t really Hilary seems farfetched - yet, it is worthy of consideration.
