DUNCAN, OK (KSWO) - A mother and daughter have been arrested for incest after Duncan police say they married each other back in March.
Court records show Patricia Spann is Misty's biological mother.
Their union was discovered back in August by an investigator with the Department of Human Services. The investigator says Misty and her two brothers were raised by a grandparent after Patricia lost custody of them.
The investigator says Patricia told her that she reunited with Misty two years ago and they "hit it off." The investigator says Patricia didn't think she was breaking any laws because her name was no longer listed on her daughter's birth certificate.
Court documents say this is the second time Patricia Spann has married one of her children. She married one of her sons in 2008, but the marriage was annulled in March 2010.

I would think this is legal under the U.S. Supreme Court decison. The fact the biological mother is no longer on the birth certificate indicates that the grandmother legally adopted her and the legal ties with the mother were dissolved. So it would not longer be incest even if it is, and approval of the union is required under the S.Ct. decision.
The dog can’t be too far behind......Methinks the dog was VERY close behind.
She has all but ruined her children for life.

I've noticed that the MSM has been pushing stories that revolve around pedophile type activity. This is the 3rd story today I've seen where the MSM has shown an older woman (one was a teacher) with a younger man (student) or woman and portrayed the young victim as wanting the relationship and the sex between them. The MSM appears to be doing this intentionally or very obvious reasons. It's the incremental approach to getting people used to this type of perversity to accept it as normal

Two or three years ago was the case of a German set of siblings married, with 3-4 children, 2 with bad birth defects.
Pushing for their right to be married.
