Lisinopril can do that. I’d cough until I saw stars. I was on Lisinopril and also had problems with coughing. Unfortunately, it caused vaso-vagal syncope, which led to falling over.
You know all those YouTube videos of the fainting goats? Well, when I cough, I'm "the Fainting Old Goat".
