If that is her and not fotoshopped the woman is chronically very ill. In her late stage 4 melanoma my wife had large tumor on her pancreas which led to abdominal and lower limb water retention. The ankle in this pic looks as bad as my late wife’s didbefore she entered the hospice. I cannot believe her daughter is allowing her to continue.
