Democratic presidential nominee Hillary Clinton and running mate Sen. Tim Kaine will speak at a Labor Day celebration on Cleveland’s east side Monday afternoon. The event at Luke Easter Park — on the corner of East 99th Street and Ramona Boulevard — is scheduled to begin at 2 p.m. following the 11th Congressional District Community Caucus Labor Day Parade.
