Dallas fans (and I am one) can fantasize all they want that Romo will be back, that it's just a minor setback... etc. But the reality is he's broken his collar bone and now his back. Sorry folks, you don't come back from those kinds of injuries.
No matter how much "spin/lies" Dallas propagates the fact is once you have broken your back you are never able to come back to anywhere near what you were prior to the injury, never.
Your in nearly constant, excruciating, pain which can only be masked by heavy pain meds. Your physical mobility is greatly impaired and no amount of drugs, "physical therapy" or surgery can ever restore Romo, or anyone else for that matter to the point where you are fully capable of playing pro NFL football.
Regretfully Tony Romo's broken body is too fragile for the game. It's a clear cut case of "Humpty Dumpty" syndrome: "All the king's horses and all the king's men....".
If Romo or Dallas refuse to face reality, try to patch him up and send him back into the game, at this point he could end up a paraplegic or quadraplegic. It is simply too dangerous and risky.
The good news, is that Dak Prescott has a good offensive line and a lot of offensive weapons at his disposal, it’s the perfect situation to get started on what hopefully will be a stellar NFL career.
For the Cowboys this year, it’s not about wins and losses, but getting arguably, what might be the greatest QB draft steal since Tom Brady, off and running.
