My wife reads these celestial news stories then I find myself out at 3 am standing with her in the field looking at what usually ends up being a disappointing meteor shower, moon that doesn’t look red (to me) or clouds that block what we’re supposed to see.
I’m sure sometime today when she sees my enthusiasm waffling I’ll get the line..... You’ll be 115 years old when this happens again.
She’s pretty good at math I’ll give to her.
Really I think she’s looking for something else out there in the field but the plow doesn’t work as well as it used to.
“...Won’t Happen Again Until 2065...”
I’ll catch it next time around.
My FRiend, this sounds like one of the most romantic things EVER to me, and I am a guy! These moments are to be cherished.
Hmmm, Mercury is pretty hard to see, only at dawn or dusk, when its orbit is above the Sun, and the Sun is obscured by the horizon,
I do this to my hubby too. Tee hee. I usually say if I go by myself I will get murdered, do you want me to get murdered?
