Yes, it appears you’re right. But a Frontline article I was just looking at said Clinton rained havoc on both Iraq and Kosovo over Monica. Obviously, my memory is pretty fuzzy on the exact timelines of these events.
Oh, I think both were phony wars related to Clinton’s disgraceful peccadilloes. I still call the Balkan war “Operation Legacy”. I guess the date of the Iraq thing stuck with me because I was so pumped about the impeachment; and hearing that infobabe whine that the Iraq bombing was so serious that all talk of impeachment should stop is just something I cannot forget. She was so obvious when she said it, like the script had been handed down to her from the White House, which it probably was.
