WikiLeaks founder Julian Assange will appear on Megyn Kelly's "The Kelly File" on Fox News on Wednesday night as part of a two-part interview.
The two are expected to discuss the possibility of a WikiLeaks “October surprise” that could impact the presidential election between Donald Trump and Hillary Clinton.

Internet rumor is Assange has the messages from Hillary regarding the military stand down in Benghazi.

Meetings is already enough. If a fee is required to get a meeting, then that is the act done in exchange for cash.
If a person is granted a meeting, in exchange for money, THAT is bribery.

The meeting itself is that act. A public official may not charge money, in exchange for a meeting to discuss something.

I'm Assange won't reveal anything important, especially knowing he will be interviewed by a Never Trumper.
A timeline would be nice with meetings, speeches, and issues put in chronological order and indexed to each other. Hopefully someone will research that.
