If you watched Clinton Cash, especially the report on Haiti earthquake relief stolen by Clintons, you would realize the only thing Hillary would be doing in Louisiana is trying to steal the donations, or have them paid to a Clinton crony for something utterly worthless . . . then take credit for it.
One of the locals Trump was talking to said that he wanted donations to go to local churches since they are so closely tied with their communities. Maybe he saw Clinton Cash movie and doesn’t trust commercial charities like the Clinton Fohndation.
