Immunity Idol status: Adam found an idol and played it at the second Tribal Council.
Legacy Advantage: Ken. If he was still in the game on day 36, he would receive an advantage. If he left the game before day 36, he had to bequeath the advantage to another player. On day 36, Ken received his advantage. It gave him immunity, and he played it at the first Tribal Council.
Reward Advantage: Jay. He was allowed to steal a reward after someone else had won it. The first immunity challenge included a reward. Jay stole the reward from David. Jay then shared the reward with Adam and David.

Next season: Survivor: Game Changers — Mamanuca Islands is the thirty-fourth season. It is scheduled to premiere on Wednesday, March 8, 2017. As with last season, this season will be held in the Mamanuca Islands, Fiji. It will consist of 20 returning players.
At the reunion show, eight of the contestants were revealed:

- Ciera Eastin: Blood vs. Water - Season 27 (5th), and Cambodia - Season 31 (10th)
- Cirie Fields: Panama - Season 12 (4th), Micronesia - Season 16 (3rd), and Heroes vs. Villains - Season 20 (17th)
- Michaela Bradshaw: Millennials vs. Gen X - Season 33 (14th)
- Ozzy Lusth: Cook Islands - Season 13 (runner up), Micronesia - Season 16 (9th), and South Pacific - Season 23 (4th)
- Sandra Diaz-Twine: Pearl Islands - Season 7 (Sole Survivor), and Heroes vs. Villains - Season 20 (Sole Survivor)
- Tai Trang: Kaôh Rōng - Season 32 (2nd runner up)
- Tony Vlachos: Cagayan - Season 28 (Sole Survivor)
