What was meant as a joke about Usain Bolt and Ellen DeGeneres swiftly went awry on Twitter.
On Monday, the daytime talk show host’s official Twitter account tweeted a doctored image of Ellen riding the back of the gold medalist.
The photo is the now famous one of him smiling as he heads to winning the men’s 100m race at the Olympics in Rio.
The tweet’s caption from Ellen reads “This is how I’m running errands from now on.”
Some on Twitter found the image less than golden, with cries of racism and insensitivity in joking about a white woman riding the back of a black man.
But others defended DeGeneres and pointed out that she and Bolt, who has appeared before on her show, are friends.
One person tweeted, “If Usain was white, y’all wouldn’t care. We all know Ellen isn’t racist & didn’t mean any harm by that. Stop it.”
Elllen later responded to those who called her racist, saying it’s the “furthest thing from who I am.”
Ellen is outed. AS A BIGOT.
Ellen has spewed a lot of hate at regular folks. Karma is a b*tch! And she is one.
I just think it’s funny that someone of a protected class is being accused of insulting someone from a protected class.
Now she knows what it feels like to be conservative.
I need a new scorecard. Mine is all messed up from all the correcting I’ve had to do this week.

At least she now knows how Trumps feels when attacked by the medie for every little thing he says then they twist into something evil and sick because that’s just who they are.
I think the pic and Ellen’s comment are funnier than heck. PC will be the death of us all, including Ellen. I hope that this is a wake-up call to Ellen that her liberal philosophy needs to be reconsidered by her before it is too late for her, and the rest of us.
Ellen is not stupid and she is funny. She thinks because she is lesbian that she must be liberal. Not so. I think a lot of gays are rethinking their politics when the light bulb goes on and they see that the leftist/socialists are the ones supporting the Muzzies that kill gays and oppress women daily.
Trump has pointed this fact out, that the Muzzie terrorists don’t like gays except for when they are killing them, and that it is the Obama regime (and Hillary’s were she to win) that are supporting potential Muzzie terrorists by importing refugees by the thousands into our country, supporting the Pali’s against Israel’s interests and safety, and supporting tyrant leaders in Arab countries that oppress their women and arrest and/or murder their homosexual citizens.
I might add, Obama took in illegally via the Internet, millions of Arab dollars for his two campaigns for President, and Hillary has raked in millions of Arab dollars through her and her equally crooked husband’s Clinton Foundation. And still most of the kool-aid drinking liberals, including gays, Jews, and many Christians, wear their blinders as to the reality of this corrupt regime and the one that may follow if Hillary gets in and continue to vote Dem. My only regret is that these liberal fools will take us all down with them, if their corrupt elites in and running for office win. Demographically, it may already be too late. In actuality. the die has perhaps been cast.
Same thing with Paula Poundstone. Once the angry political lesbian came out, it was over. Angry political lesbians aren't funny. Anger isn't funny.
Liberal causes are always colliding. It’s interesting when things like this happen because it reveals where the various PC groups are on the pecking order.

He is a decent man. I think it was the London Olympics and he was being interviewed after a race and a medal ceremony was going on the the background. He asked the interviewer to wait until after that country’s national anthem was finished to continue the interview. I was impressed.
Bolt cares more about the US than Michelle Obama.

Exactly! All of her excuses are essentially, "But I'm a Liberal!" I.e., "Give me a pass, because I have the 'right' political orientation!" Implying that if a Conservative were to have done this, he should still be lambasted.
