A humble question
Self | 8/11/2016 | Paul Rivers

I have to ask the question.

When all is said and done, and the dust settles and Trump is safely sitting in the White House, will he be able to take all the mounds of evidence from the DNC leaks, and have his Justice Department, run by Rudy or some other tough as nails prosecutor, investigate and literally track down and rout out the corrupt conspiracy of the left that is the DNC, the media, the Soros foundations and their various incarnations, BLM and the Clinton Foundation on RICO statutes?

We've seen the Tides foundation, the Clinton Foundation and several others acting in cahoots and in an illegal fashion. Is it finally time that a new US age of justice could arise?

Then we start impeaching the judges.

Amen!

Would a presidential pardon stand up, if RICO evidence linked a president to the one receiving the pardon for illegal activity?

“There will be an epic number of pardons issues by Obama on his way out. If you aren’t pardoned on Jan 21st 2017 you are too small to procecute.”

Can’t pardon someone if they aren’t charged with anything. If Trump wins, the DOJ will have to go after the Clinton’s before January 20 so they can be pardoned. Same with Lerner and the rest of them. Which means, Trump can go after them as he should.

Trump should also go after the media for destroying the true intent of freedom of the press. Hold reporters accountable for lying. Personally, I would take down the entire Journolista infrastructure.

Finally, all foundations like Tides and Clinton’s will be audited and punished to the full extent of the law.

Then after breakfast on the first day in office, start to clean house. Make it a 60 day program to clean up entire departments. Put strong leaders in charge of them with the goal of cutting them to the bone. Give Palin EPA or Interior.

They may have a problem because of the source of the evidence and the lack of a chain of evidence custody. This may necessitate starting from scratch. There are other ways to build the case, but it may be more difficult than most would assume. Perhaps a Freeper with prosecution experience can weigh in?

You’re only half correct.

The reason for all of the disproportionate vitriol against Trump (and Us) is that the Uniparty is scared to death of an un-bought and un-purchasable candidate achieving ultimate power to rule over their world. People with both Ds and Rs next to their names will be looking at real jail time in the Trump Administration.

"Can’t pardon someone if they aren’t charged with anything."

That is NOT true. People keep saying it here, but it is false. As an example, Richard Nixon had never been indicted or impeached when Ford granted him a blanket pardon that covered any and all possible offenses during the entire range of Nixon's presidency. The presidential pardon power is nearly unlimited, this has been well established. The main limitation is that you can't be pardoned for FUTURE offenses. But for past offenses, it is possible to word the pardon to cover them very broadly, even without detail or specification.

"...Now, THEREFORE, I, GERALD R. FORD, President of the United States, pursuant to the pardon power conferred upon me by Article II, Section 2, of the Constitution, have granted and by these presents do grant a full, free, and absolute pardon unto Richard Nixon for all offenses against the United States which he, Richard Nixon, has committed or may have committed or taken part in during the period from January 20, 1969 through August 9, 1974...."

If they are not charged with a crime before 0bama leaves office, can 0bama still pardon them before they are charged?

Trump may not be able to get rid of Federal Judges but I sure hope that as soon as he takes office he fires all the Federal attorneys put in place by 0.

Back when Reagan held office, in the first two years he fired 89 of them so President Trump wouldn’t be setting a precedent although the dims and their press would go apoplectic over it and demand hearings.

If the right people are elected, yes. However the winner of this week’s primary was not a game changer. The Patriot forces need to be stronger. This, is where WTP come in and show our muscle for a time. A time such as this does not materialize often. We, as a nation, had better awaken and grab while the getting is good. We’ll not see another powerful patriot such as TRUMP in our lifetime. For so many years, we have prayed for a man such as this. OK, perhaps not all of US, but MANY of US have. Now he has arrived on scene, it is up to US to make certain his message is heard by AMERICA loving citizens. As others have stated “Don’t doubt me on this”.

Wouldn’t count on it. I think politicos frequently use evidence like this for leverage rather than the “Gotcha” impact we hope for. In other words, some (thinking of a Rove type as an example) choose to use intel as a tool to force cooperation rather than to expose corruption.

Conan the Barbarian speaks for me. The best thing in life is: "To crush your enemies, see them driven before you, and to hear the lamentation of their women." Especially Hillary and Fauxcahontas and Sgt. (Debbie Wasserman) Schultz and Botoxi Pelosi.

The first order ob business will be to call it a political witch hunt.

Any more than Bubba’s impeachment was political. He was impeached for PURJURY, not because he got his knob polished by an intern.

“Can’t pardon someone if they aren’t charged with anything.”

Is called a preemptive parson. They can be issued, but rarely are. Nixon got one, for instance.

Obama will issue thousands of preemptive pardons. Watch it happen.

“Gerald Ford pardoned Richard Nixon for crimes he had not been convicted of.”

Yes ... thank you for the clarification ... I never thought of that.

It looks like Ford pardoned him for everything that occurred during his term to keep the pardon iron clad.

http://watergate.info/1974/09/08/text-of-ford-pardon-proclamation.html

So, there is precedence ... all Obama has to say is persons X, Y, Z, and inhumans like Clintons are all pardoned for anything they did during his terms in office.

Sickening. Hillary did things infinitely worse than what Nixon did and she could skate if Obama doesn’t do exactly what she says.

Trump can rescind the pardons.

Nope. Presidential pardons cannot be rescinded by a subsequent President.

The second prong is begin prosecuting “impersonating a journalist”.

No such crime exists.
