Oh, but it does. Like yelling fire in a theater when there is none. A private citizen may say whatever he pleases, up to a point, and be protected by the First Amendment. A propagandist masquerading as a journalist can and should be held to account. If nothing else the leaked Rat emails demonstrate collusion to misrepresent facts and should not be protected in legitimate media.
And if no such crime exists let them spend $50,000 hiring lawyers to make the case.
