Will he be Hall of Fame worthy?
With 694 HR’s....he probably ought to get admission. But then how many were fake HRs via steroids? If you look at his build and weight....he’s the kind of guy who should have hit near 35 HR’s a year for his best decade, and maybe wound up with 450 total HR’s.
Off a listing of all-time Yankees....I wouldn’t put him in the top twenty...but it’s just me saying that. As long as they don’t get stupid and try to bring in as a manager one day....I don’t care.
Worthy? Maybe. But ‘roid users that are too well known as users aren’t going to get in the HOF for a LONG time, maybe not while they’re alive.
