In other countries they use their own pronunciations of the words United States.

Neither. Muslim is an Arabic word. The correct term for followers of the camel humping pedophile is Mohammedans.

Just as followers of Christ are called Christians and followers of Buddha are called Buddhists, so too followers of the camel humping pedophile should be called Mohammedans.

The pronunciation within the Moslem world varies with accent. Vowels are mutable and Maslama is the same word as Muslim in a different regional accent or even a different language. The language is mostly Arabic but there is a large Urdu population and other languages withing the Moslem cocoon. It is further complicated in the Arabic transliteration by the fact that few sounds in Arabic actually match sounds in European and other languages so no transliteration is "correct."
For the name we usually see spelled as Mohammed, Mahomet and Mehmet, and Mahmoud and Mahamdi are also correct. In Arabic the name is spelled (in Arabic letters, though) MHMD. The number and the sound of the vowels changes with the dialect.

Right. My experience with moslems started in the early 80s. I have stated on here “All I need to know about khizr khan I learned in 9/11” but I learned it much earlier. I wanted people to know they are being sold a pile of crap. I am tired of hearing all this PC jargon and being forced to accept it. “Thank you sir. May I have another?” (Animal House) No. Not now.
