I agree that Donald Trump should not have continued to personally respond to the Senior Khan--particularly once the media demonstrated their total bias in their coverage. He should have let someone far down on his staff, respond by attacking the Clinton campaign for misusing the hero
Exactly. But the MSM is trumping (Hmmmm) up nonsense and Donald is giving them the issues.
Whether true fictitious, whatever, that is what the public is hearing.
Donald is a businessman, deal maker. As such it doesn't matter if the people he's dealing with like him or not, they just want the deal.
Politicians need the folks to like them. At least better than the opponent.
Trump is seen as a bully, erratic, thin-skinned.
Trump needs to stay on the issues, avoid the personal swipes at whoever crosses him.
Personally I think it may be too late.
Of course I'm voting for him.
You just conceded the media creates fiction. Then you state he has to stay on message. I've seen three of DT's rallys on YouTube. He's on message. The media controls the message. Not DT. He could be as faithful as possible to the message and the media will pervert it. You might remember the vanilla candidate mittens. When his message was pablum and non-controversial the media went wild with a PAC fabrication that mittens had caused a woman to die of cancer. Then they created a further fiction that his campaign was imploding. Therefore your point is lost as to suggest anything Trump is doing wrong. The MSM wants to emasculate Trump. Once they believe they've done that they can concurrently simply create issues and stories out of whole cloth. Instead of turning the 'concern' to Trump turn it on the fabricators in the media. One voice in dissent and fear feeds the next.
We have to win this fight. Hillary has already told us, that she wants to flood the land with people who do not share our values. America--as we have known her--was not just a game of musical chairs.
