How Many Free Republic Threads Have You Started and How Many Replies Do You Have?

I'm curious to know the number of threads and replies of our Free Republic audience. I wager that there are many amongst us who have started over 500 threads or have logged over 100,000 replies. There might be some who have exceeded 1000 threads and some with over 200,000 replies.

I am more or less a lurker, but have spent several hours a day here almost every day since I signed up. I come here to read the news and see what Freepers say about it. This is the best place to get the news without the media spin, and find out what the media is not saying, as well.

So I gather - some cheer and others say, "Mommy, make the bad man stop".

That said, I've heard it espoused here that if you have nothing that you consider worth dying for, then you have nothing to live for. By the same token, if one isn't willing to invest oneself in what one claims to espouse/believe/back, then can that person be trusted to actually believe what he claims to believe?

Question for the ages and makes some of them "uncomfortable".

It’s possible that some of FreeRepublic’s best contributors have a moderate number of threads and replies, whereas someone who has no life could have a gazillion of each. Sometimes numbers are just numbers.
