Clinton supporter, 23, ATTACKS pro-Trump protester, 67, for trying stop him burning an American flag

A Hillary Clinton supporter was arrested outside the Democratic nominee's rally in Pittsburgh on Saturday for attacking an elderly man.

Joshua Sturman, 23, walked over to a group of protesters holding Donald Trump signs across the street from the David L. Lawrence Convention Center and attempted to light an American flag on fire before tackling a man to the ground according to the criminal complaint in the case.

He was apprehended by police on the scene soon after and is now facing charges of simple assault, disorderly conduct, causing or risking catastrophe and recklessly endangering another person.

I know some will disagree, First Amendment and all, but the way I feel is that if you are burning the United States Flag in front of me, that should be construed as a private peace disturbance, fighting words, and I should be able to thrash you.

In Texas people are well behaved when you have a 1911A1 on the hip cocked and locked for the whole world to feel. People get really really polite when they might have to defend their actions with there own life. “An armed society is a polite society’’. Sadly this is not the case in NJ. For years now we've been being over run by illegals and crime is through the roof. This a veritable police state and I respect cops and the job they have to do, with deference to those officers who were recently slain in the line of duty but cops in NJ are little more than thugs with a badge. We're not an armed populace here so they've nothing to fear in the way of any push back. And the state police are really the governors private army.
