What sleeper movies of the last ten years or so would you recommend to family or a friend.
The Winter Bones.....I discovered it before it hit and I knew miss Apple butt would be a hit.....right away....but the scary uncle from Deadwood saves her and chews up his minimal screen time like a Walken
Requiem for a Dream....you’ll never see the lovely and fair Jennifer Connolly the same again
The Prestige
My first Blu-Ray
Great movie
Ping!
I have a soft spot for the early Jennifer Connolly, before the drastic weight loss, which has not enhanced her looks IMO. She was perfection on 2 legs in the movie “Hot Spot”.
I’m 36 minutes into Star Trek Beyond.
Definitely NOT the movie you want to watch in super super super bad video quality.
I am getting the gist of it all though.....should be real good on the FX network come December....
For anybody interested here it is.....and other movies as well.

She looked great in the crappy movie Career Opportunities.
on top of that horse ride.....WOW
Check out Kung Fury on Netflix.
Hope you like 80’s movies....
I remember that movie.
Yes, bad move.....tremendous scene. She’s just beautiful.
“Requiem for a Dream.”
That is Jake Gyllenhall also, scary movie. Still scared of my fridge to this day.
Yup
I don’t see Jake’s name listed in the credits

I DO see a 8.4 IMBD rating for the movie though....
Jennifer Connolly helps A LOT too.
Gonna have to check this movie out.
Headhunters. On Netflix.
“That reminds me, of Silent Runnings about the Jamaican Bobsled team, with John Candy.”
I think that’s “Cool Runnings.” “Silent Running” was a space movie with Bruce Dern in 1972.
You’re right.
I have imdb.com on speed-dial.
Sorry, not Jake Gyllenhal, Jared Leto, I always get them confused!
Elysium. Both the Jodie Foster and Matt Damon Characters die.
THE WRESTLER. Very sweet & poignant.
