Americans increasingly favor tougher gun laws by margins that have grown wider after a steady drumbeat of shootings in recent months, but they also are pessimistic that change will happen anytime soon, according to a new Associated Press-GfK poll.
Nearly two-thirds of respondents expressed support for stricter laws, with majorities favoring nationwide bans on the sale of semi-automatic assault weapons such as the AR-15 and on the sale of high-capacity magazines holding 10 or more bullets.

According to my own poll, conducted recently, a greater number of Americans than ever before are getting wise to tendentious, BS polls conducted by biased liberals who like to manipulate BS news organizations.
What about gun survey polls conducted by criminals casing peoples’ houses?

Why does anyone believe government fixes ANYTHING?
I suspect that this poll was engineered to support the Dem’s talking points and position on the 2nd Amendment during the convention next week. Trust me, they will be referring to this poll in their speeches.
Morons like those in this poll (if the poll is even true) are the reason I pulled the trigger today (pun intended) on an FN PS90. Also ordered a bunch of 50 rounds mags. This gun is on my wish list and I pulled it in to this year when I had planned on a 2017 purchase.
I want one!
The FN P90, the fully auto version of the civilian PS90 which I bought today, is the exact gun the Secret Service uses to protect the President of the United States. And the round used in that gun, the 5.7 x 28, well the pistol which uses this caliber (the FN FiveseveN) is what British protective services use to protect the Queen of England. Those two point speak volumes as to the effectiveness of this round.
It is basically a rifle round adapted to a pistol. IMO, the next generation of ballistics as evidenced by the people who use it.

Look at the damage done by the Fort Hood shooter; that was done using 5.7 ammo in a FiveseveN pistol, ammo which many **claim** is not powerful.
Saying it doesn’t make it so. You could say the jews were in favor of gun confiscation in 1940’s because so many of the gave them up...
I agree. It's time to imprison anyone attempting to criminally infringe on Second Amendment rights.
